    I have been advised to make a post by the chat team in order to let the enforcement team investigate my lost code through forum.

    Can you please advise? I processed two cards each for £10 on Christmas day. They appeared on the account on the lap top but not on the console. I later became aware of the hacker issues and waited for the credit to appear. However, when logging
    back on to the account online they have both disappeared. The chat team has said there is nothing they can do as I don;t have the codes. I didn;t keep the cards because they had been redeemed.



    Any ideas to get my son his £20 back greatly received!!

    You would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to check into your account.

    The reward team didn't add the correct amount of credits for me to redeem and so i here to make sure they did it correctly.

    Since this is a billing issue it would actually be best to contact phone support and speak to billing. The enforcement team only handles suspensions/bannings, they would not be able to assist with this issue.

    You would have to try contacting support and speak to billing to see if there is anything they can do, but generally once currency expires, there is no way to get it back. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    All promotional credits expire about a year after you receive them, unless stated differently in the terms of the offer.
