Lost credit on account.

Hi,

it's been a while since I've used my Xbox 360 ( almost a year) and recently I started playing again.

I remember still having a credit on my account and it's no longer there.

I understand that after a while the credit could be lost, but at least you could've sent me a warning about this?! its my money which disappeared without a single notification.

Obviously, I'm not pleased at all...!!!

How are you going to solve this?

I lost 13000 Xbox reward credits

I have recently lost 13000 rewards credits and didn’t get the money on my account

Currency does not move when you migrate accounts. It tells you that in the migration information before you migrate your account.

What can’t move:

Some services you use now might not be available in your new region.
To find info about services, like TV providers, available in a specific region, visit the Xbox.com website for that region. (To find that other region’s website, click the name of your current region at the bottom of any Xbox.com page.)

Money in your Microsoft account.
We can’t transfer money between regions. Any money in your Microsoft account for your current region won’t be available in the new region.

Xbox Music subscriptions can’t be moved.
If you have a current Xbox Music Pass, it will be cancelled as part of the move. Your collection will stay the same, subject to availability and region-specific licensing rules, if you subscribe to Xbox Music Pass again after you’ve changed to a new region.
When you subscribe in a new region, if you use your Xbox Music Pass on a Windows Phone, you’ll need to reset your phone to manufacturer settings.

Some content may be blocked in the new region because of legal obligations or regional restrictions.
Before you change your region, make sure you’ve downloaded any purchased content you want to keep, like movies or music. Content purchases aren’t refundable.

You would have to try contacting support and speak to billing to see if there is anything they can do, but generally once currency expires, there is no way to get it back. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

All promotional credits expire about a year after you receive them, unless stated differently in the terms of the offer.
