    I was recently watching Dragon Ball Z season one and today I return to find it is gone from my videos. When I try to search it doesn't even show on the lists. There is no option to refresh in my account management either. Very angry with this "service".

    I appear to have lost the patch for downloading the cod app and insignia pack and won't let me on cod app anymore any answers?

    I have appeared to have lost all downloaded content from cod ghosts transferred fro hardened edition from 360? Anyone help?

    I had purchased Season 3 of Once upon a time and the seasons not over yet and it's gone as well.

    Worst part is it seems like if you have a problem and use the appropriate forums, Microsoft is pretty much ignoring you anyways. I've left multiple complaints and issues on different forums as of late and not a single one has been answered or replied to
    by anyone Microsoft related. Terrible service and support.

    Hi fellow gamer jj NYAN CAT NN, bad news reading about the app dropping. I think Activision has a list of running issues for their app:

    Hope there's a fix coming.

    These are tied to your elite account.



    Once you associate your ONE (I presume you've upgraded to the ONE) you should be able to download these items IN GAME (not the marketplace).



    Try that out and let us know how you get on.
