Lost Connection to Xbox Live

Hi,

I just bought Xbox One to my son for birthday present. We live in Sweden and I bought the European version. I used the 14 days trial code for Xbox Live Gold to connect to Live. It worked initially, but after closing down the console and starting up again,
we were not connected to Live anymore. I cannot use the code again and I do not know how to re-connect. It was only a few hours after we activated Live, so the 14-days period has just started.

What should I do?

Titanfall & Netflix Connection Issues

And I'm also getting kicked from Battlefield 4 after a few minutes too. "lost connection to xbox live" "lost connection to EA servers". Then check xbox live connection and it says everything is fine.

To confirm, is the connection lost via EA or Xbox LIVE?

 

Ensure you have a strong connection, are you connected via either or Wi-Fi? I've had some issues with my Xbox One, but upon a hard reset, many issues were corrected.

To do a hard reset, turn the console on, then hold your finger over the power icon on the console until it powers off, now do the same to turn it back on. Attempt to sign on again.

Please let us know if this corrects the problem.

 

Thanks for reply, but it didn't solve the issue. I use wi-fi, but it doesn't seem to be a connection issue. Rather it seems like the profile doesn't have Live Gold anymore.

Also, since we live in Sweden, I cannot register my credit card, so the only option is to use a code. However, I am a bit reluctant to pay for a new code since the free trial code doesn't seem to work. I do not want to experience the same issue with a code
I have paid for.
