    Can anyone tell me why suddenly I have lost seven collections and it looks like I will have to pay for them a second time?

    Lost puzzle collections paid for with gold bars

    Lost three puzzle collections, a puzzle from one of the lost collections shows as most recent played, Any way to review the collections download for the game?

    This is the second time this happens! I lost all my gained points as well as collections I purchased. In the few collections which appear I lost all the games I played. What do I do?

    Erm...Lost is available on the 360 app, there all in the Collections section....

    I also lost stats. I lost all my campaign stats and collectable. Had to play the campaign all over again.

    Yep. There they are in collections.

    I was trying to find them using the search function.

    The search function needs fixing because when I search for Lost they don't show up.

    I did not receive experience points for completing challenge.

    Any additional EXP collected when you hit the end of a Specialisation is lost. If you had 1, 700 to go, you lost anything past that.
