    Lost Collections and points


    I completed both the Landscape and Wild Animals collection and almost completed the american history collection, when I logged on today None of the collections show any completion and I have lost all but 1620 of my points. Any idea as how to regain my prior
    status.

    This is the second time this happens! I lost all my gained points as well as collections I purchased. In the few collections which appear I lost all the games I played. What do I do?
