    Account hacked.

    Have bought two lots of coins for my son over last few weeks and on both occasions someone has hacked the account and sold the players. Today I saw people bragging that they had hacked an account for 400k of coins by duplicating players then selling them.
    This surely should be possible he has lost all players purchased from his account and I can't keep on buying coins so this practice continues..please help he has lost seventeen players that have been "sold"

    Have you checked to see if selecting Restart on your device would make them show up? If this does not resolve the issue, please contact Microsoft Commerce:

    I restarted my laptop several times since that day.

    All those persons I had contact to by now where not responsible for my problem. Do you know how I can contact the developer of that app?

    Microsoft Commerce said that they only are responsible for APP purchases and not IN APP purchases.

    Microsoft Commerce is responsible for refunds. If you would like in-game currency instead, we might be able to help out.

    When you are able to credit the in-game coins it would be really okay for me.

    Is it possible to do this contemporary? Otherwise I would claim this accounting on my creditcard bill.

    Had built up my coins to 193000 and level 36 using the "Continue anyway" button. This morning, I lost all my coins and this afternoon, lost all my levels. When I started it again this afternoon am at Level 1 and coins 2930. Sigh!!!!!

    Looks like they may have fixed the sync problem. Just went in to try it and the message is not there anymore. Still lost all of my coins though. If they can't get your original coins back, we may have to start from scratch again. Ah well, just like xmas,
