Lost codes for older gears games

I'm loving these remakes of older games RE4 and RE Code Veronica now Metal Gear. I'm hoping they will do some of the older Final Fantasy games as well.

Weird, that's not true about the promotion ending:

No. The offer to get the older versions of Gears of War was part of a preorder offer. There are still physical disc copies that do have the codes in them as well. But in order to use Play Anywhere, you would need to purchase the game digitally which no longer
offers the option to download the older games.
