Lost Code

Hi guys, some weeks ago I got a $2 code to my email, I erased by mistake, I guess you have some records of codes sent, so Ip was thinking if it is possible to get it back.

My Halo: ODST code somehow as deleted before I could use it, and I recently found out that they expire today. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

You will either need to wait for a support staff member to verify your promotion participation and then private message you a code, or you will need to contact Xbox Support directly and ask them if they can restore the message with the code in it, or issue
you a replacement code once they've verified that you got one.

 

Sadly, there is no way to verify what codes were sent to what e-mail address, so you are basically out of luck unless your e-mail account lets you recover deleted e-mails. I know Hotmail/outlook is one that will do that.

 

If the email that you use had a "deleted folder" you can recover them there. What you can also do is go into your browser history and find the email link there, with some emails, that will give you a cached copy at the very least. However, if either of that
does not work, you unfortunately can't get back that code. You would have to purchase that code again.
