    Lost Code for Quantum Break


    I tried to redeem a Quantum Break code for Windows 10, and had several browser windows open. One of which was logged into an Azure AD Account for work. The code associated with that account. Now I cant redeem the code with the proper account, and the work
    account is an Azure AD account that is not compatible with the windows store login. The code is basically lost.

    Is there any way to recover a lost code?

    Hey, PenguinMon! Unfortunately, once a code is redeem on an account, even accidentally, there is no way to transfer the license or the code to another account. You will need to obtain another code for the account that you would like to use it on, or purchase
    the game with the other account to be able to play it. Thanks for posting!

    Hey Steve! All of the Quantum Break codes are redeemable on an Xbox One but they are all intended for a PC download of Quantum Break. When you install Quantum Break on the PC do you get an specific error codes or messages?
