    I recently bought a new xbox One with the bundle i have two of the three games unfortunately I have lost the code, Can I still install it without it?

    Did not receive codes from gears of war ultimate edition Disc copy

    I purchased an xbox one bundle that included GOW, Ori, and Rare Replay on black Friday Nov 2015. I never received code for gow2, 3, or judgement. I called and chatted with xbox support about it. They told me to make this post. Service request number: 1327991010.

    I've had the exact same issue with ORI. lost about 20 percent of my progress.

    Sorry to hear about the issue! Just to clarify, are you referring to the codes that came with the purchase of an Xbox One bundle? If so you will need the code to install the game, unfortunately, we are unable to replace codes here in the Support Forums.
    Once again, I am truly sorry to hear about the issue and any inconveniences this may have caused.

    Unfortunately Microsoft are not responsible for lost or stolen codes. So it would not be possible to have a code replaced for a bundled game.

    Sorry, but since that is a physical bundle, support here would not be able to assist. Generally you would contact the retailer for assistance with a bundle, but Microsoft is not responsible for lost or stolen codes and the retailer may not be able to give
    a new code either.
