Lost code for dance central spotlight that came with kinect

I need help getting the download that came with the kinect I purchased. In the Christmas frenzy, the paperwork in the box was thrown away.

Cannot use store in Dance Central Spotlight

I bought a XBOX ONE with KINECT in Taiwan.

It always show "off line" at music store in Dance Central Spotlight for 3 days.

I'm very sure i have connected to internet, but still cannot use music store in Dance Central Spotlight program.

Some of my friends have the same problem, Is anyone get the same situation?

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here will be able to assist with that. The best I can offer is to contact the store and see if there's anything they can do to help out.
