LOST CLOUD SAVES ON STARFIELD, TWICE

This is just ridiculous.
I recently lost my cloud saves of Starfield (many hours of playing time, done many missions, and getting to level 52) after getting a syncing error saying "Your other Xbox console is taking a long time to sync to the cloud".
The thing is that I DON'T HAVE ANOTHER XBOX CONSOLE!!!!
Anyway, I clicked "TRY AGAIN" many and nothing happened so I clicked "SYNC LAST SAVED DATA" and everything was lost. I had to start a new game.
I actually started a new game a week later and now (again, after many hours of playing time) it HAPPENS AGAIN!!!!!
Same error message (again, I DON'T HAVE ANOTHER XBOX CONSOLE) and everything is lost again.
No wonder I can connect to "Cloud Gaming" faster, because less people are using it.
THIS NEED TO GET FIXED SOON!!!
I'm starting to think that Starfield Cloud Gaming is just a timed trial that get erased after some hours of playing.

P.S. I want a real reply to the problem and help, not another auto message saying the same thing over and over again

Thank you so much for your update.

Based on the support article that we have on the Xbox support page. You may need to select the Sync last saved data this is will help you to sync your data again. However you may lose unsynchronized data.

wow, now THAT'S sad.
first save I lost was at lvl 52 (with like a million credits, tons of materials, and a lot of great weapons and armor), second was at lvl 25-30, now I'm at lvl 25 (yes, my third try) and hoping it doesn't happen again.

I'm pretty sure you'll have to start from scratch, unless they actually find a way to retrieve our lost data.

I just upgraded to Series X today and the same thing happened with me. My 300+ hours lvl 188 all are gone. The only thing I am left with is the 48 achievements that I have(2 short of platinum). So does this mean I have to start again, all my time and efforts are smoked? Is there any way I can still retrieve my data ? My money is dumped in the Prem edition and I just can't start over again.

1. If I wasn't connected to the internet I wouldn't be able to play with "Cloud Gaming", or even access Game Pass.

2. I usually check for updates every other day, even though my console is on auto update.

3. can't sign out from other console because, like I said in the original post, I don't have another console.

I just hope this gets resolve soon as this is happening to others too.
