    I purchased the Xbox one console with the Minecraft bundle. I've installed one of the Minecraft games but cannot find the other 2 cards with the codes on. I still have the receipt for the purchase. Is there anyway of obtaining replacement codes from customer
    service?

    Bizarre Xbox live / game receipt problem

    Bought an Xbox live code for my sons for Christmas from Game via my debit card and it came as a text code on a basic receipt. Dopy dick here then lost the receipt before redeeming the code. Will Game be able to trace/link the purchase to the code via my debit card? Obviously the coffee isn't redeemed so not like I'm blagging anything? Lol

    Do you have two other digital codes to redeem but you do not find them in the box? Try to verify on the receipt or try to contact the seller directly.

    There's really no way to report that. Gift cards do state that Microsoft is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Support would only be able to tell you if they were used if you had the codes from the card.

    A rep would give you the same answer. All codes state that Microsoft is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. They would not be able to get you a replacement code.

    Microsoft is not responsible for codes you lost in any way, sadly you will need to re buy the card with another code there is not much to add it is common sense to be honest...
