    hello,

    I have for the past month tried to locate my missing controller.

    I posted it to Microsoft to be repaired which apparently it was. Microsoft then used UPS to return the controller, UPS deny they have the controller and Microsoft help can not give me an answer. Does anyone know how I may be able to resolve this issue.

    I have tried:

    Virtual chat

    Call back

    Web chat

    All several times a day with no luck.

    have you tried instead of contacting Microsoft, but to contact UPS for the reason why they denied it.

    Yes UPS said they have returned it to sender (Microsoft). I can not get a reply from Microsoft.

    Is there a way I can change my minecraft account's microsoft account

    if you cannot access your microsoft account and have 2fa active then they are right all is lost, and as the microsoft account is the account that minecraft migrated too you have now lost minecraft if you cannot access the microsoft account.
