Discus and support Lost Bundled Game Token in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I bought an Xbox One bundle with Gears of War Ultimate Edition, a member of my family unknowingly threw out the game code with the box of the xbox....     Lost Bundled Game Token


    I bought an Xbox One bundle with Gears of War Ultimate Edition, a member of my family unknowingly threw out the game code with the box of the xbox. Wondering how i can get a new Gears of War code.

    Missing Gears of War Download Code

    Unfortunately Microsoft are not responsible for lost or stolen codes. So it would not be possible to have a code replaced for a bundled game.

    I've heard/experienced the disappearing token issue - but I've never heard of tokens just disappearing.

    You're OP states that you lost "all" your tokens - but then your follow-up states that you only lost some tokens. Are you sure that you didn't inadvertently spend some tokens while trying to find a way to get the "0" to go back to "2400"?

    Unfortunately there's no way to recover a lost code from a bundle.

    Sorry to hear the code was tossed out accidentally. As smwutches mentioned, we're unable to assist with codes that are included in Xbox One console bundles. The best route to take will be to reach out to the retailer the bundle was purchased from and explain
    the issue.
