Lost avatar and game save !

Dear support or experienced users,

Our Xbox one has been running properly for 2 years.

On 31st Aug my kids powered it ON and he was prompted to fill a form : Region, Network setting, account setting, ....

Despite the fact we filled our account information properly (email + password), we lost data:

- game save

- avatar

we are going to check if we also lost some DLC....

Do you know what's hapenned ? it is due to a system update ?

Why we had to fill this form ?

Oh no something terrible Has Happen Message Internet Explorer Customize Avatar Personel data missing

apps or tools Like the Avatar editor aka Customize Avatar in Xbox one has lost My Previous imported data from the Xbox 360 Internet Explorer I lost My Favorites and New favorites won’t Save the Avatar tool won’t show My previous clothing props etc

SkyDrive Keeps Needing to restart

Skype can't find My Microsoft ID when signing in under Microsoft account.

It’s a Mess and Support 4 hours on hold to bad there wasn’t away to start My own ticket at My end so it would go right to the repair team or how ever that works

OMG! Life Gold Membership

Dedication,the guy got loads of those achievements by completeing the same game several times via different regions,example avatar 6 times 6k,very sad.if you have honestly earnt hard achievs,lost planet on insanity for example,nuff respect,but the usb and
games saves stink to high heaven with these 400k plus gamer scores.
