Lost all status

Where and when are you experiencing the issue, what platform/console/pc, a specific game.

What exactly are you experiencing?

Any information would help a bit more to try and assist on the issue.

Currently the only guess I can make is that you might be experiencing issues in the forums, but without any more information it will be hard.

Hey there! It shouldn't have lost the Gold status just by promoting to an Adult account. Had you removed yourself from the Family Pack at all before this happened?

Yes, all you entitled babies should thank MS for allowing you to play on your system . They don't need to tell you what the problem was or even give you updates on the status you little peons. The 65 cents you lost is nothing to complain about. The 40 million
other Xbox Live Users lost the 65 cents also and Xbox deserves to keep the 26000000.00 you all lost together!

On the status page it says "We are aware of an issue members are having sending and receiving messages, seeing friend's statuses, sending or receiving game and party invites, and accepting friend requests on Xbox LIVE."

Does that have to do with the people like us who just lost all of our friends? I also lost my background.
