    Lost all saves for BG3 after 155 hours


    Playing on Xbox S series, everything was up to date and I was not using any Mods. During play half the controls stopped functioning and when I went to reload I got these messages that the save is corrupt and I shouldn't keep playing from that save. Tried an older one and got the same messages, when I restarted the console every save was gone, and I had MANY saves. I reinstalled the game and it's the exact same thing. I thought everything was saving to cloud so I don't understand why I can't get it back. I didn't make a Larian account as I was not aware of this bug with Xbox and they should really give you a disclaimer about this issue when you purchase the game so you can take the extra steps necessary to prevent this from happening. It is just gut wrenching to put so many hours into something and then lose it all as you near the the end of the campaign.

    I have lost countless souls, but I use them as soon as I have enough to level up. I played for 225 hours and I ended up at lvl 155.

    Messed up stuff

    Minecraft progress was lost due to Microsoft "not being able to connect my Microsoft account" and Forza Horizon 4 failed to syncronize out of nowhere. Due to not being able to syncronize, it just decided to make me start the game over. Basically it wiped
    my 155 hours of game time. Still got all the achievements, but the game started at the beginning.
