    Lost all rewards


    I am awaiting season one of Attack on Titan as my bonus for buying the game, and now my rewards page has "???" As my start date and ZERO points earned. I just got to 2 star level for a 4% discount and 4000 points for buying more than $40 worth of anime games
    and TV shows. Hopefully this gets cleared up soon.

    bingo game stuck and wouldn't go to game end board.lost my rewards and gard tickets

    lost card tickets and rewards because your game stuck at match over and wouldn't continue to rewards board when prompted. I lost my card tickets and all rewards for the match.

    Just lost all my rewards points! What happened? All the time and money for nothing? I don't think the rewards program works!!!

    Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
    that is accurate up to yesterday morning. We are currently working on getting this information up to date to this morning. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Regarding your Credits, we see that your anime offer Credits were deposited as a part of the March 8th deposit.

    The only promotion running from October 1-December 31 is the games on demand punchcard. In order to qualify, you had to preorder 3 games during that time period. If Need for Speed Payback is the only game you preordered, it would not have been enough to
    complete the offer and receive the credits.
