    Lost all puzzles.


    Cannot access site apart from putting me back at the opening game. Disappointed. Normally just boots up for one or two minutes but even that now leads to the very first game I played. I have lost some of my credits too.

    Mine works but I have lost all my puzzles I bought.

    Trying for a new Puzzle

    I have enough points to get a new puzzle, then the puzzle does not come up, lost all the points. This has happened many times. Frustrating!

    Puzzles lost????

    Hey I don't know if you've gotten them back yet but this happened to my mom and I was able to fix it for her by exiting the game, doing ctrl alt delete, click Task Manager. Look under Apps and click Microsoft Jigsaw then go to the bottom and click End Task.
    When we opened it back up all of them were back

    Microsoft Jigsaw - updated on Aug 5, 2020 automatically and now it's a mess

    Thanks. I did uninstall and reinstall, but I had lost all my purchases; the backgrounds are few and awful; and the puzzle was too small to enjoy.
