Lost ALL progress and inventory

    Lost ALL progress and inventory


    I have contacted Xbox (Microsoft) and they advised me to post my issue on the forum. In the last week, I have lost all of my inventory and progress.

    The issue:

    I went online and was prompted to recreate my character and then it ranked me at #1 and it should have been at #52. Also, my inventory (numerous cars, 3 apartments, 3 airplanes, 4 or 5 boats) are all gone!

    Super disappointing because I've sent alot of time and money to get where I was.

    Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Possible Problem?

    I was watching a friend play and he found a weapon part. He then died before the game did an inventory save or progress save and he lost the weapon part out of his inventory. When he went back to re-find the weapon part it was not there and it is not counted
    in his Progress/Unlock count.

    Anybody else run into this?

    Lost all progress and KP

    Same thing happened yesterday 3/23/14 I played it on the morning and it was fine. Came back home in the afternoon and it was all gone except for the stuff I paid for. All the unlockables like the stages and outfits etc are all gone. Haven't found answers
    either any one have better luck?

    Thank you for the link vandit73. I had my GTA problem resolved, but my Forza Horizon 2 inventory is still missing. Can anyone advise me on where I should go?

    MS chat brought me here...clearly not the right place!

    Hi,

    If you’ve lost your profile data/progress in FH4, refer to:

    I've lost all my progress, what do I do? - Forza Support

    Unfortunately, your game progress (Level, skill points, Forzathon points etc.) won’t be returned, although you can recover your inventory (Cars, credits, vanity items, wheelspins) once you’ve completed the required steps on the official Forza support page above. You would need to contact Forza Support directly for further assistance with any in-game issues.
