Lost all of my Xbox gamerscore

I haven't been online in 4 years, and recently got an Xbox one. Now my gamer score is 1700, when it was approximately 20,000 the last time I was on.

The same thing happened to me I have lost all my gamerscore and I had 25,048.

Without trying to sound blunt, but have you ever had a Gamerscore reset from the Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team? That is usually the only way a Gamerscore will be altered to that degree. If not, when you purchased your Xbox One, are you 100% sure that
you imported the right profile?

I'm not sure, honesty. My cousin was the last one to use it but since that's the only way for it to happen then he must have done it. There isn't anyway to reverse it? I just want the achievements I unlocked.

If you were reset, all the achievements that were reset can never be earned again on that account. I think after that much time its doubtful that posting in the enforcement section would help, but there might be one thing you could try to see if you indeed
were reset. If you can remember at least one of the achievements you had, try to re earn that achievement, it would show if you were reset if it will not unlock. Here is the link to the 360 enforcement forum if you want to try to see if they can still answer
if you were reset: forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx I did click on your name, which takes me to an overview of your account. This used to say if the account was reset for cheating, and while I am unsure if they still do that, yours does not say reset for cheating.

It's a glitch that happens randomly. There's no way to force a fix. It usually fixed itself within a few days.

Same thing happened to me. In another forum thing someone said that restarting your console could help and someone else said if it doesnt work it fixes itself within a couple of days.
