lost all of my games from my ready to install list

Discus and support lost all of my games from my ready to install list in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I went onto my Xbox just and then I went to install a game from my ready to install list and when I checked my list there was no games there...     Missing games from ready to install list

    I am missing games and apps from my ready to install list. When I search them in the store i still own them but i cannot see them in my ready to install list.

    Games missing from ready to install?

    I recently noticed that a number of games were missing from my ready to install list. I believe they were all games with gold games, such as evolve and project cars, however, all of my other gold games are still showing on the list. I can still install the
    games through the store but it would be useful to be able to see the games in my ready to install list. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue or has a suggestion on how to fix it?

    Yeah I'm having the same problem... been like this since yesterday. Tried hard resetting, and no change. I suggest you report it to Xbox Support on Twitter like I did.

    In your ready to install list, make sure the third option on the upper right corner is set to ALL. Otherwise, make sure no items are hidden by pressing these buttons at the same time: LB+RB+X If items suddenly appear, you can unhide them by pressing the
    Menu button on them and choosing the corresponding action.

    If this still doesn't resolves your issue, you can always install your games from the market. If yoy own the game, the buy button will be replaced with Install.

    If you are looking to install a 360 or origianl xbox game, make sure that it is compatible. You can see a full list of compatibel games at xbox.com/backcompat

    Hey there!

    Thanks for the support message.

    Try to install the game from the ready to install list by going to My Games & Apps>Games>Scroll all the way to the right past all your games and see if it shows under "Ready to install"
