Lost all my Xbox Live Rewards Points.

Hi, so I went on my Xbox Live Rewards account to find out that all the points I have accumulated over the years disappeared. I have been part of the program for a long time. It's a massive kick in the teeth to have all the benefits I was getting disappeared.
My Vip Rank was either 3 stars or 2 stars. I really don't want to have to start over again. Thank you.

What happened to my microsoft points?

I had some microsoft points but didnt spend them because i wanted to wait for the new xbox live rewards to come. Now its come but my balance is 0 and i dont have any pending. Have I lost all my points that I had before?

Just lost all my rewards points! What happened? All the time and money for nothing? I don't think the rewards program works!!!

Hello BeatboxingKing,

At 5000 or more pending Credits, you are automatically scheduled for a deposit. In August 2016 you received a deposit of 7,900 Credits due to this, which was your last deposit. You can see a record of your past Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement
on the MyRewards page.

Regarding your MyVIP rank, in September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a part of this policy, MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the
previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Based off your eligible spending from September 2015 - December 2016, you were placed in your current MyVIP level at the end of December 2016. You
can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards)

The rewards points all have a delay, try checking on the Xbox live rewards website to see if it's updated on there
