Lost all my saved data

Sorry to hear about the issue. What steps have you tried so far? Unfortunately if you have already covered

uninstalling the game and reinstalling the game but the issue remains, the save data may not be recoverable. Sincere apologies for any frustration this may cause.

Xbox Cloudas long as the console is online. Is the console normally utilized while it is connected to the internet or when it is offline? If it is used while connected to a network, the game saves will automatically be uploaded back to the console once
the game is loaded.

when looking in the storage section of your storage device where normally your profiles are located, does it show any corrupt profiles? If so please delete those and try to redownload your profile like shown here:

support.xbox.com/.../download-your-xbox-live-profile-to-another-360-console

If the situation is different, please let us know the exact situation (information if you have one or more storage devices etc)

Regarding recovering data, that is depending on the settings, standard you can redownload Xbox Live Accounts and any digital items connected to those profiles as long as you know the security details for those XBL accounts. For save games it will depend
if they are saved in the cloud or not (Gold specific) option that needs to be enabled via settings prior to saving games), if they are not in the cloud and only on the local storage device they might be gone for good, if they are in the cloud they will synchronize
again

If you still have a copy of the save you moved that contains your actual progress, try uninstalling the game, reinstalling it, opening it and once a new save file is generated, replace it with the correct file.

When you reinstall and open the game, the cloud information is synchronized and starts downloading the progress to the cloud if the game allows this option, remember that many games do not save progress to the cloud, they only save it locally.

In case you still do not see your progress after this, unfortunately it is no longer possible to recover it.
