Lost all my preview points score from previous console as this is my 3rd one!!!

so i just got my 3rd xbox one as the other two i had to get rid of, but i lost all my Preview Award point score, im back to zero on this new console but ive been enrolled for almost over a year now..

lost point from gamer leader board

lost 220 points on gamer leader board and my friends have lost gamer score too so don't know why this is doing this please if anyone reads this please fix this my leader board score is supposed to be 1335 points right now but is shaved off 220 points from
this error and my friend also was in second place his score was 680 point and he lost almost all his point so if x box can look into it right away that will be good thank you.

My XBox Fitness stamp card score got reset.

I posted to this forum previously... but XBox Support has asked me to post to this forum as well.

I am just going to quote my previous post:

Early last week I went to do an XBox Fitness workout on my XBox one. When I logged in it prompted me for all of my information like it was a new account and all of my fitness points are gone. This is very frustrating, as I have made it through over 50 of
the stamp cards now... but for some reason this information is now gone. I still have all of my fitness achievements in the individual workouts.

Is there any way to get my score back? This happened once before early last year, but the issue seemed to be resolved on its own by an update. Other gamer accounts on my console still have their scores. It is only mine that appears to have been lost/reset.

I am having a problem with my gamer score On my 360 it shows two different numbers one is public that shows 3360 the other is private and it is 5260 it was higher but i was trying to unlock the scores that were not posted to my account from games i had not
played in a while I unlocked 1 achievement from lego star wars 2 and it posted those 20 points but i lost the other 325 that were completed before hand but were not public is there any way to get all the other points added to my public score and for me to
get those points back or do i need to erase them and redo all the gaming i did before thank you for you help

It seems anyone with daily/monthly points lost them for this medal and has to start over. The update should have checked for previous scores. I guess I will join Kraygien for the 200k club.

Guys I Have the FIX!

You need to Delete your Xbox Live Profile... Delete the Profile ONLY!

Reload your Gamertag to your Console... Once its Finished Downloading, You should have all your GAMERSCORE back.

I just did it and I got EVERYTHING back

.. Remember to only Delete the Profile ONLY though, But it does Prompt before deleting it anyway.
