LOST all my gaming save data EVERYTHING

I lost every game i have its own saving data , chatted with customer service and i hope really they will fix this.

had anyone encountered this problem and fixed it ? Please share your thoughts with me i am dying right now 7 months of playing are gone

How can it finish this game? lost my save data 2 times already!!!!

anyone know if we can ask for our money back? this is a JOKE!!! i played for hours and lost everything.

I tried that and didn't work. I believe it somehow overridden the save. I need it retrieved immediately.

 

Sorry to hear it. Can you give us a little more information as to what you were doing when this happened? I am asking because game saves are stored on the Cloud as well as your console and would take a very specific set of actions to delete both sections.

 

I didn't do anything actually , i was playing 2 days ago normally and yesterday didn't open the xbox all day and at the morning i opened the X1 and found that my BF4 saves are gone and it say start new campaign so i checked other games i have like AC bf,
unity , Halo MCC etc.. all are gone , so i chatted with customer support and done some stuff he told me but non of them worked so he told me he will speak with support team and will e-mail me about a fix i guess

 

Thanks for the info. What steps did phone support have you do? If you could list them out that would be helpful.

In the meantime I have sent a pm off to Misses Quinzel on your behalf. She works directly for Xbox and should be able to help you a little further. Posting the steps you've performed so far will help her out as well.

 

First of all thanks a lot, 2nd i actually chatted with them and the steps were about changing advanced settings on network such as IP, MAC, and Alternative something , and i tried deleting my account and adding it again on my Xbox and open the game but when
BF4 finished data sync a MSG pops up saying failed to retrieve stats , plugged off all the cables and plugged it on again, that's all , he told me he will inquire with support team and will e-mail me and i'm still waiting

 

Have you used the test in setting/network I done them got a message there was nothing wrong my end but there was a problem their end this could be the reason it wont sync hopefully that is the case and you can get your saved data back.

 

yes I've test my setting/network and everything is good but there's a problem with Xbox service(that was the message ) , as we know gaming and social issues

 

Hey Portal, I just got a message back from Misses Quinzel today. She apologized and told me that if the Cloud saves had gone then there was nothing anyone would be able to do to get them back.

The only thing I can think of as a reason for this to happen was that someone in your house or someone who has access to your console deleted the content when you weren't around.

 

Thank you Onyx for your time and help and thanks misses Quinzel , I'm the only one in the house that can use Xbox my parents can't and i didn't even open Xbox or anyone that day because i was around, Thanks again

 

My problem is Solved Thank you , my problem was my saving data it appear to me like 0.5kb and its like got reset but actually when i tried all my game they were 100% good but my BF4 is really is gone but i read about it and this game had issues and everyone
said that and a lot of people lost their save from BF4 , i could solve this long time ago but i was afraid to play any game so i don't delete any current save on the cloud with new ones! Thank you Onyx a lot for your help and concern
