LOST ALL MY GAMES AND XBOX LIVE SUBSCRIPTION??

I tried to sign into my live account and it said there is no account using this email and it prompted me to create an account using the same email I’ve had an account on for over a decade.. I finished creating it assuming it’d attach to all my info but I lost everything all games, my gamer tag, my Xbox live subscription that was currently active and everything else?? Who can fix this??

Do you know if maybe your account has been compromised?
I don't like to give bad news but the "non-existent" account can be related with a compromised account
Did you not remember receiving an email address from Microsoft about security changes made in your account?

Is this a specific game or all games? According to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status there's quite a few games having some issues currently.
