    Lost all my game data for Star Club


    I initially upgraded to Win10 about 6 months ago...totally crashed my laptop. went back to Win8.1 until all the bugs were fixed. Today, After upgrading my laptop to Windows 10, Microsoft Solitaire Collection says it's found new save data and starts downloading
    it from the cloud-- but it seems to never stop. After letting it sit for a long time, I gave up and closed the window. The next day, same thing, so after a few days of this I just gave up on it.

    I upgraded MS Sol Col, and it not working again because of the data download from cloud, I then uninstalled and reinstalled. I then signed in to my xbox account. It seemed to have gotten my daily data correct, but it did not save any of my Star Club data,
    in which I had over 2330 stars and had completed all but 4 of the challenges. Now my star club says nothing is done. Is there anyway to recover that data? Am sadden because I have been working on all the collections for the past 2 years. Hate to start
    over.

    data zeroed

    Spent hours on the Star Club Challenges and had completed almost all. Had got as far and started on the Coral Reef collection. Suddenly all data in the Star club was lost and is now zero. Very disappointing and infuriating.

    can the data be retrieved?

    Have lost all Star Club data in Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    Hi,

    I play the MS Solitaire Collection daily challenges and Star Club challenges as well. The data for the Daily solitaire challenges is intact, but everything related to the Star Club is lost. I had hundreds of games solved, and hundreds of stars earned.
    I'm wondering if my data can be restored?

    When starting a game offline and the sync data loads, could it retrieve my data to keep going?

    to sync the data you have to be online, the thing is that you can play it offlline but be sure eveytime you star the game you're online, because if something happens to your xbox, all data that is not sync with the could will be lost

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection doesn't work...

    I can't access any Star Club games. Microsoft Solitaire Collection closes upon start up. All other games appear to be working fine except Star Club. I can't find any answers and have tried all suggestions as mentioned above. Any help with this problem will
    be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
