Lost all Multiplayer Achievements

After the update to the console performed on Dec 16th, I lost all multi-player achievements for Halo 5: Guardians. Restarted the console, and that didn't work. Checked the next day, still no luck. I hope this can be resolved by Microsoft.

All Achievements lost.

Hello,

I like to know why all my achievements for Xbox One and Xbox 360 are some reason missing?

I went to check them two days ago, and saw one game at the list, I went Xbox live web site and same thing?

One thing I noticed, that if I load game it comes back to the list, but I have over 200 hundred games at the list, So It's not ideal solution, and there is also Xbox 360 games, and I don't even have them anymore.

First time for me that Achievements list goes AWOL.

First I was crying... (not really), I noticed Tru achievements web site, I loged in and scanned my username, and thank god, my games list is somewhere but not in my Xbox One or Microsoft Xbox page.

So I contacted Xbox support, nobody has not A glue what's wrong or never heard of my problem

My Gamer score is still correct.

Where you in a lobby? There might have been a modder in that specific lobby.

Ark has an issue that if your single player data has been corrupted (usually caused by an update or issue on their end) it can affect the entire game multiplayer (official or dedicated does not matter) i would try deleting all of your single player data
and try again (NOTE: any skins you have via achievements earned in single player will be lost; if you earned the achievement in online multiplayer you should still retain them)

SavageAus, there was a known issue a while back that had nothing to do with Tampering. The Forums were "ablaze" with Profiles going back to 0 Gamescore. I believe the solution was to simply Recover the Profile from Xbox LIVE (?).
I'll try and find one of those Threads.

It might be simply because you do not use Xbox LIVE it was "glitched" for you back then but only now became effected by it when you recently Connected?

Nothing has ever been tampered with. Not the console nor the profile. I wouldnt ask about it if it were a tampering issue. So no nothing i have done has caused this.

You didnt get no emails or anything saying something about system tampering??Cause thats normaly when you hear about stuff like this.When people jtag there xbox they normaly get banned from live and there Achievements wiped out..
