Lost all levels, items, gear, and money. Refund or fix this

The progress of my game remains the same but my character'a save shows as level 1 in every field and I am 22% done with story and 21% completion on the overall game and 6h and 22mins of time played. Someone please help me fix this save before I force microsoft
to refund my money in full. Time is money I will not waste it on faulty games that I devote my time too. Gamertag:

Ark server lost connection

microsoft needs to fix the ark servers. Im sick of losing server connection in the worst times, i lost all kinds of resourses and gear today. You should replace the items lost everytime this happens or fix the problem. It takes alot of time to get some of
those items or tames.

 

Templar lost all of his equipment

Hi. I noticed that my Templar lost all of his gear. His rings, legendary item that makes him invincible and legendary weapon and shield. Is it possible to fix this to get the legendaries back? the class item is very rare.

 

Your gonna "force" Microsoft to refund your money "in full"? lol and how exactly do you plan on doing that? Good luck lol

 

This happened to my friend as well, this is such BS. Now we all have to worry about this happening to us, could be anytime we log in. Wouldn't you be mad if it happened to you legion?

 

This just happened to me as well, missions documents as done but no inventory or skills.

Very annoyed.

Not sure if this was the cause but it did happen after I installed Be the Zombie add on.

But still that should not have reset game

 

This happened to me too I was at 25% in story and had just got a bunch of guns

 

@Demonic...i understand his frustration. It's his choice of words i was laughing at. Forcing MS to do anything is impossible from a gaming standpoint. At least from my past experiences anyway.

 

As I am unsure if I can get the blue prints again that I already had I am tempted to start over but I am also worried this will happen again.

I think the age of the console might have come to an end for me. I remember the days where you could pay $30-50 and not have to worry about technical issues just play the game and excite your mind. Hopeful for a good story and a epic ending, now chalked
full of BS like this. To add insult to injury we paid top dollar for less then par crap if you pre-order (which MS is pushing real hard). It started with Destiny, now this!? I've reached out to the developer, the publisher redirects to the developer and Microsoft
Xbox support is a joke. I had to explain to the Xbox chat rep a few times that the console was fine and I wanted to find accountability from Microsoft towards its game developers and publishers, sadly no direct support from Xbox regarding games. I feel like
an old gramp grumbling about this stuff but I dont think its too much to ask for. You completely take the enjoyment out of video games when you cant play them or you're so distracted by poor development that you can no longer play. Although games like Dying
Light and Destiny where fun but I'll be damned if I pay another $1 for crap like this. I say we all go back to playing on PC's at least I can mod and fix the game myself if need be. This blatant lack of communication and response from Developers, Publishers
and Microsoft needs to end. At least Microsoft has the decency to publish when Xbox live isn't working up to par... almost everyday.

 

i can not believe this bug did not happen during game testing. this had to be caught during game testing. this is serious game killing bug. it's not like getting stuck in the background or losing audio which a reset can fix. why is game testing failing so
much anymore?

 

Even worse is it's not really known what causes it.

I've seen suggestions that if you always quit the game to the title screen before switching off it won't happen as this forces a save. I do that and so far I have not lost my stats.

But I've also seen other people saying they do that and still get the glitch.

I've seen a lot of people saying it's happened after playing co-op but I just don't know if that is coincidence.

What I do notice though is Siblings quest mentioned a lot. Could there be a bug with Siblings quest that can cause this?

I'm quite sure that techlands know about this bug. I just hope it gets fixed soon before more lose their saves.
