Discus and support LOST ALL INFO in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Console did a hard update and we LOST ALL our account information????? the console reverted back to the pre-purchase settings, which forced me to make...     LOST ALL INFO


    Console did a hard update and we LOST ALL our account information????? the console reverted back to the pre-purchase settings, which forced me to make a new account... My son and daughter have lost all of their information, games, etc.... is there a way
    to fix this or is it all gone.... HELP????

    Lost all xbox live account info

    Hi,

    I removed my account from the family and xbox I was on, when I try to log in it claims that I don't have any gamerscore, game progress, achievements or gold subscription. My old gamertag was and now it's given me a default one. Under my account
    it says I have a subscription but if i go to games with gold it asks me to sign up.

    Also whenever I try to go to certain pages it redirects me here:

    Is there anyway I can get my profile back or is it lost forever?

    Tried all and reinstalled and it's the same. gives an error that item can no longer be purchased when starting and then it's the same. a few of the puzzles i had already bought and finished just show as if not bought.

    NO it won't I was told that since I was signed in when doing all my puzzles they would not disappear, and I have been having the same issue of really shotty programming with this puzzle program from Microcrap! I did an online chat
    with a support rep and he had me reinstall, well guess what...all my collections GONE...let ,me said it again...GONE. This software constantly hangs and can't move piece for like 30 seconds, etc...so something more is wrong with this software than a simple
    reinstall!! Most of my issues started after Windows 10 updates...
