Lost all history on Wordament

I have the same problem and now it wont even open

@PeopledWolf and @Anonyme, have you both tried reinstalling the game? As long as you are logged in to your Microsoft Account when playing, your progress is saved in the cloud.

Please make sure you're logged in to the same account you were using before when playing the game. From looking at your profile, you do have several achievements unlocked.

I am currently experiencing the same problem with my Wordament--I've lost all my prior achievements, and the system has placed me back at Level One after all the gaming I'd already completed. What is t he matter with Wordament?????

As of this time, 02/20/2019, this issue does NOT appear to be resolved.

community. Towards the bottom you will see their Facebook page and they ask to post there. There is also a support
