    I reset my laptop the other week so if it was brand new. Microsoft Jigsaw as took all my Gold Bars away and I had completed 86 jigsaws they are still there but I it says I have to buy them again if I want to do them again. Is there anything I can do

    Lost my 930,000+ gold bars and all my puzzle collection

    Lost gold bars after I reinstalled the game

    I had to uninstall the game and reinstall because the game continued to crash and not run after the last update Windows 10 Update. When I reinstalled the game I lost 400,000 gold bars and all my history. How do I get back the gold bars I lost?

    To add to the other answers:

    Be aware that there is only room for 500 Gold bars.

    So if you have 490 Gold bars in your game already, and buy 25 Gold bars, you will have to spend some gold bars until you have 475 Gold bars left, so there is room for your 25 Gold bars again.
