Lost all game progress.

Not sure where to even go with this question. I was signed in on Xbox Console Companion and was playing Seekers Notes Hidden Mystery. There was a storm nearby and the power went out at my house for a less than a minute. When I restarted my computer, I
had lost all game progress. It was trying to start me at the beginning of the game. I've been playing well over a year, so I had significant progress in the game. :-(

I checked to make sure that I was still signed into Xbox Console Companion. I am, so that's not the issue. I restarted the game multiple times to see if it was possibly just a glitch. No luck. It tried to start the game from scratch each time. (I did
not let the game fully open and start a new game. I closed it out when I realized it was trying to start a new game each time....before the game finished loading). I restarted my computer to see if that would help. No dice. Any suggestions?....Or can you
point me in the right direction for help?

I had a similar problem! My wife was doing really well on KI survival mode when all of a sudden it said "a sign in change has occurred" and she lost all progress because it kicked her back to the menu. Even though I did NOT take her controller away, the
only controller we have, the stupid Kinect thought I wanted to sign in on her controller! All I did was move my head forward a bit. I was sitting in a chair next to her the whole time!

Hey I appreciate your reply. But, I don’t have another Xbox nor does anyone else in the family.

I have had this same issue. connect keeps wanting to switch to other players accounts while in a game.

everyone else has to hide out of view of the kinect or turn the darn thing off so it stoops switching profiles.
