Lost ALL achievement tracking data

Hi,

I have had an Xbox One since July, and have played numerous games with the achievement app tracking feature built in. However, since about an hour ago, all my achievement tracking has been reset to zero in every single game that allows it (Sunset Overdrive,
D4, Titanfall, etc.). This is incredibly frustrating, as it means that there are numerous achievements that are simply impossible to unlock now, and some that I was relatively close to accomplishing are now back to square one.

This occurred directly after manually exiting the achievement app due to some problems it was experiencing. Doing things that would normally progress an achievement are no longer progressing it. I am basically completely stuck.

I have tried a hard reset, unplugging the console and modem for ten seconds, and manually exiting all games and apps.

ALL achievement progress reset to 0%

This has happened to me as well. Lost all my tracking progress for Forza Horizon 2 - when I checked the achievement app thoroughly, the progress on all locked achievements is now showing as 0%

 

Third step western rewards not updated

Hi Reds190. There is currently a delay in tracking Achievements earned. This will update as soon as we receive the correct data from the Microsoft servers. Sorry for the inconveniences.
