Lost achievements

I am playing Witcher 3 and two days ago i lost all the achievements for the game. I thought it was just a glitch so I shut down the xbox and went to bed. Yesterday I turned it on and started playing the game and received another achievement, when I went
to look at all of them... There are none! The game is not even showing up in the list! Is anyone else having this issue? Is this fixable?

I lost a lot of achievements and with that some gamerscore. I lost achievements for over 14 games. What do I do?

-Did the Hard Drive have your profile? Were you signed into Xbox LIVE on your profile when using their console?

-Did you play Lego Harry Potter at the other person's console?

The only thing I can think of is what you pretty much mentioned. That it somehow lost the achievements. And I know that some Harry Potter achievements can only be Single-Player and/or only Multiplayer, so I didn't know if co-op could have caused any problems.

 

Solutions:

1. Turn off your console and unplug it for 30 seconds and reboot and see if that fixed it.

2. Remove and redownload your account and that may refresh your achievements for the game:

I have personally had this problem before. Have you unlocked any achievements already in for Witcher 3? In the case that you have, open the Xbox Guide and go toward the Achievements tab and select 'See all of my achievements.' On the right,
you should see a Filter icon with a funnel, check to see if you are viewing 'Visible' and/or 'Hidden'.

In the case that your achievements are still not there, contact the developer of the game (CD PROJEKT RED) and submit a request that your achievements are not popping
up. I have attached a link to their support website. The developer will be able to check if you have any achievements and can help you look into the situation further.

I had this issue in the past and I was informed to contact the game developer directly as they have control over the achievements (Source: Official Microsoft Support Chat).

The other option is to wait around 48-72 hours to see if the achievements have popped as it could be an Xbox Live error in which the achievements aren't popping up or showing up on one's profile.

I am also experiencing the same issue with The Witcher 3 GOTY Edition, in which all of my achievements and progress has disappeared from my list of Recent games and all achievements.

My activity has gone, but the achievements are still visable when I load the game vis the disc.

I have also raised a question regarding this, and a few others have raised questions for the same game for the same reason.

Hopefully this issue is resolved soon.

This issue seems to be occuring for multiple people, I have contacted CD Projekt Red regarding the issue and they have advised to perform a number of steps which hasn't resolved the issue.

If you check the forums, you can see that a number of questions have been raised for this, so it seems to be a issue which is effecting others.
