    Lost nearly all of my bought collections and i have no accrued winnings?? I see that there are plenty of people complaining of the exact same thing!!! When will it be fixed??????

    Won't login!!!

    Hi every time I go to play Alphajax I have to uninstall and re-install it as otherwise it won't login. Help please as its driving me mad!!!!!

    Xbox one achievements missing from gamertag

    I've lost around 14k gamerscore, my achievements app won't load on my xbox one yet recent achievements still show in the acrivity feed. I can even snap achievements and it shows my unlocked once but if i select full screen it won't open. Did chat support,
    deleted and redownloaded profile, no joy, so i was asked by support to post here. Also i was playing AC Liberation on the 360, 5 achievements unlocked for me but my profile says only 1 has (despite having 5 achievement tiles underneath it) help!?

    Move Xbox account

    It won't be lost but is tied to your own account. It's not possible to transfer achievements and progress to a different account. Your Xbox gamertag is tied to a Microsoft account and they can't be separated.

    Hey there Speil! You won't be able to purchase any items in the marketplace until the investigation is done.

    as for the achievement points goes, they won't get lost, it will stay as it is.

    Problem with achievement

    Some achievements won't pop if it's offline. Maybe you lost connection for a moment at the time. Sorry to hear, hope you sort it out.

    lost connection today its not the router i tried connect on several wifi devices all devices connect but won't connect to xbox live i can't connect with my achievements because of this and this is only 360 only other xbox devices connect
