Lost account to the abyss?

soooo, after the big update Xbox asked for my birthday and I kind of just throw one in everytime... I don’t like putting my actual birthday in. This time, the one I used was for someone under 18, and my account had been for someone over 18. After logging
it, all my previous profile information was gone. I tried removing the email and logging in. No luck. I tried over recreate my account, but xbox says my gamer tag is taken. So the information it still out there, just not accessible. What do I do to get to
it back?

Since Michael's link didn't work for you, I suggest using the
Contact Us page to set up a support call with an account specialist. If they're unable to help you, ask to be escalated to the Advocacy Team. They specialize in this type of thing and would be best equipped to assist.

Lost Access to Account

Hello,

I have lost access to the Hotmail account tied to my Xbox Live account. The Hotmail account has been compromised, password and security questions have been changed, and I apparently lack the information required to recover the account via the Hotmail Account
Recovery service. I have already investigated methods of recovering my Hotmail account and it seems that nothing can be done on that front. I'm not concerned about the account itself, it was created for the sole purpose of creating an Xbox Live Account with.

With the chances of recovering the Hotmail account exhausted, I was wondering if there is any way to change the Live ID / Email Account associated with my Xbox Live account from the compromised Hotmail address to my secure Live address.

I currently have limited access to my Xbox Live account. I can sign on to my account using the console to play games (This does not require entering the Hotmail password), however I'm unable to use any account settings which require access to the linked
Hotmail account, including the cancellation or renewal of Xbox Live Gold, and security features. I am also unable to sign in on my Xbox Live account on any Microsoft or Xbox websites (I created a new account in order to access these forums).

Is there anything I can do to link my Xbox Live account to a Live ID I have secure access to? Keeping in mind:

1. The Hotmail account linked to my Xbox Live account is unrecoverable

2. I have access to my Xbox Live account via my 360 (But can't to my knowledge change any settings due to the linked ID being compromised)

I'm not going to lie to you, this thread is going to be lost in the abyss of the forum and long forgotten about by the time November 6th rolls around. There's still 5 months before this game is released.

You are damn right, 343 absolutely ruined Halo. There is an article where Steve Jobs was furious about Microsoft buying out Bungie. That is when the greatness that was Halo was forever lost into the Ancient Dark Abyss.

From a gameplay perspective it's Xillia. It found the right balance of CC and TP, as in I can't spam Phantasm Flash, dodge, then start spamming it again and combat isn't super easy like Graces, while being a little less technical IMO. Story wise it'd be
between Abyss and Vesperia, with the edge going to Abyss. Both had great casts, but Vesperia's story is trash so Abyss wins that. Overall I give it to Abyss, played it and loved it 18 times.
