    Lost account information.


    Dear Xbox community,

    I have not used my Xbox 360 for some time, but am now looking to renew my membership. I was going to edit my billing information as I keep getting error codes, but I need my password in order to make any edits (keep in mind I am already signed into my gamertag,
    I just don't know the password).

    I have the Microsoft account email name, but seeing that I purchased my Xbox 360 sometime around 2011, this email is long discontinued. Was also my cousins email (he lived with me at the time, although we do share a last name). There is absolutely no way
    of me accessing this e-mail, but I can answer just about any question in regards to the legitimacy of my claims, and can provide indefinite proof that the account does belong to me (addresses, previous credit cards, cardholder names, IP addresses, etc).

    I was 13 when I made the account in question (19 now) and have absolutely no idea what ridiculous things I would've made for security questions, DOB, etc. I would really like to renew my Gold Subscription to allow me to hop back online. I am willing to provide
    any means of communication (other than #) to help resolve this issue.

    I really, really hope that someone can sort me out.

    Don't panic! This has happened to a lot of people. The messaging and friend services are currently down, and are being fixed.

    When the systems were down earlier I tried to download my account again for some reason Idk, panic maybe. But since it couldn't completely download my profile It deleted it. So I can now recover it however, my profile file space that downloads is 4mb intead
    of 19 which I believe it was before. I have no friends list, cannot send friend request, or accept any kind of invites from my friends. I live in a 4 bedroom house with 3 roommates and we all play together. They are all 3 playing.
