    Lost account info for my main account


    So I recently did a factory reset on my Xbox One console and it signed out of my account.

    When I went to sign in with an email I associate with everything important, it logged me into my old inactive live account.

    I researched online for help and did everything I cound find.

    I tried every email I may have used and still nothing.

    I can answer any security questions I left on it or proof its mine aswell.

    The gamertag is amberlivey that I am trying to get back.

    I Lost My Account Info.

    Call support. As long as you can verify you are the owner of the account they can give you the email. You will need to reset the password for the account after you know the email.

    If you still remember which email it was being used on your account, you can try recovering the account by submitting an account recovery form here:

    If this was totally deleted and cannot be used anymore through Microsoft, then I believe there will be no option to recover this anymore.
