Lost account, have the cellphone code but it just won't accept it.

So, here, this happened all today.

I had changed my password some time ago, and forgot it.

Went to the recovery page, all good, typed my last 4 letters of cellphone, got the code.

Put the code in the confirmation box and pressed the button.

Then there happened the thing. It didnt do anything at all, just said something like "Already used." on the side of the cellphone option.

I still have an e-mail option, but I lost that email too.

Help, please?

Also, this is not the account I lost, I created this one to post here.

OH, AND... I activated double verification. I am such a ***.

if your xbox gets stolen is there any way to trak it ?

i thought it's like once you lost a cellphone. once you lost it.. that's it!

i don't think they will bother.

 

Cant access my account!

So I have gone onto my Xbox and a pop up has appeared telling me to accept the terms and conditions and code of conduct for Xbox live but the problem is its telling me I need to access my parents email to accept the terms and conditions but I cant access
my parents account as it was recently hacked and we could not get it back so my parent are using a different account now and I cant accept the terms and conditions if I cant access the parents account that we lost!
