Lost Account, Have Gamertag

Sorry but once your gamertag/account was banned you lost all the DLC on that gamertag/account, you will have to purchase everything again I'm afraid.

Unfortunately it is going to be a little difficult for you since you have lost both your email and the gamertag. Is this gamertag connected to your current or previous microsoft account? If so that username should also be your gamertag i.e. mine is spyhadow,
it displays in my microsoft account.

Hello Heather, if you've lost access to gamertag from your child's account, it means you've lost access to the account.

My question, you have the email from this account with this associated Gamertag, because only with the email account will you be able to recover, sign in or change the account password, regardless of whether it is in a family account.

By creating a new gamertag and using a new email, you will have to create a new epic account for each. Epic accounts can not be transfered and all DLC and game progress will be lost. This is the same for any gamer points earned on the original gamertag.

Follow the steps at the link below to move your gamertag to another email address. Nothing will be lost in the move.
