Lost Account (Forgotten email needed to download the profile.)

Hi. My name is Nate. I'm currently using an ancient gamertag I made on this, the current email I use for business, transactions, and other matters of importance. I dusted off my Xbox 360 that I gave to my little sister years ago (with all information save
for her own personal account, wiped from the drive). Now that she's upgraded to a PlayStation console, I've felt that I could play some of my old favorite games on my old console.

My old account, Teh Emo Neko (I was very young, please don't comment on the name), was deleted from the drive. And I have completely forgotten the email I used to create the account in the first place. But I often used the same password for most of
my accounts I made for various sites back then. I have bought many DLC and full games from the Xbox Marketplace, and I am completely unable to access them, so it's important that I recover this account. I have tried contacting support directly, but when I
sign in, I'm greeted with this.

No, your eyes are not tricking you. I am completely unable to access customer support because it won't accept a lack of a first and last name, and I cannot input this information because it's grayed out. So I tried to create another Microsoft account, with
"backup" suffixed at the end of my usual email. But I am unable to create it, because it's requesting a phone number, and I currently do not have a phone. Posting in these forums is the only hope I have left and if I do not access and fully
recover my forgotten account soon, legal action will be considered.

To put it shortly, I made legitimate purchases through the Xbox Live Market through an old forgotten account, and I am completely unable to access it,
or them due to Microsoft's negligence of account and security support.

I lost an account.

Do you remember you Xbox Account email and password associated with the account you lost? If so, sign out of the profile you are logged in to. Then go to sign in and scroll down to download profile. Follow the steps given, login in using the account you
lost's email and password, and download your profile. Then you can go to the marketplace and re-download anything that is not there.

I am very sorry to hear about this, but there is no way to log into a Microsoft account unless you know the email address to said account. I am also aware of the huge flaw in the way Microsoft handles things like this as they do not have any phone support
for this, so there isn't much you can do.

As for why the system is not letting you input a name, that would be a fault on MS's end and I suggest you try again.
