Lost account cause of hackers

since the hacker can still get into your account when you change your password you need to

immediately call Microsoft, they should be able to track down the hacker and possibly recover any lost you have

that is the issue, the account is now under an another email Hacker

after I saw that my guy was a hacker, to settle the thing I tried to recreate a new account with my hacker account.. so the new account works for him but my old one I lost everything..

so, if I put my current address (the new creation).. it's sure that it works my address was released when the Hacker put his.. that's what Microsoft doesn't understand

I know how hard this is. I already lost an account with tons of photos, videos, contacts. But unfortunately the hacker completely took control of your account. There's nothing to do. I'm really sorry about this.

and what about hackers? has anyone thought that hackers could gain remote access to the camera in the Kinect 2 and possibly take pics of your kids and post them online? hell no. the Kinect 2 needs to get lost and STAY lost
