Lost account!? Can not sign in!?

Discus and support Lost account!? Can not sign in!? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I see many people on here with the same sign in issue, which is very frustrating!     I see many people on here with the same sign in issue, which is very frustrating! However the 4 accounts connected to my xbox one are gone, yup just gone!

    Anyone know what is going on or whom I should contact?

    Corrupted Account - Lost email and password and can not sign in.

    So, I lost my ALT account Nnjia. I lost the email and password plus the account was corrupted on my xbox profiles so I couldn't sign in to it. I need help finding out my account info again. I also do not own the email that was with it.

    My little brother cant sign in because he forgot his login info (i.e. email and password) how can I recover it for him. His account is JKKILLER2102.

    Hi

    Can you please try using the
    Forgot Microsoft account     support page hopefully this will assist you with recovering the account, if you already know the Email address but not the account password then

    this link will help you    .

    If you only know the account gamertag you could try reaching out to the
    Xbox Support team here     and select either the option to Chat with Xbox support or Request a phone call from support and if you can answer enough security questions about the account the may be able to help with recovering it.

    Can you clarify how you lost your account? Do you not remember your sign-in information or did you sign in with the incorrect Gamertag on Windows 10? If you visit 'Settings' and 'Sign-in options' you can change the Microsoft Account you use to sign into Windows

    I lost an account.

    Do you remember you Xbox Account email and password associated with the account you lost? If so, sign out of the profile you are logged in to. Then go to sign in and scroll down to download profile. Follow the steps given, login in using the account you
    lost's email and password, and download your profile. Then you can go to the marketplace and re-download anything that is not there.

    There are 2 types of suspensions.

    1. Account level- where an account has lost priviliges on all consoles.

    2. Console level- no matter what account is signed into that console it has lost privileges.

    Account level will show up in your enforcement history when signed into the enforcement teams website with the account.

    Console level will not show up on the website.

    So couple ways you can check this

    1. sign into a different account on your xbox and see if you get the same message if so then its a console level.

    2. make sure you are signed in with the account that you are signed into on the console and getting that message at enforcement.xbox.com
