Lost account and inability to unlink

I used to have an account about 6 years ago on an older Xbox 360, the console had its hard drive wiped and thinking I lost the old account I made a new one, (I was a young child with little knowledge of technology) using a made up email with the same name
as all my emails with a different domain, I wasn't expecting to work *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, the account was created and I enjoyed it for a while, i connected my face book to the account. Long after the console broke permanently I got a phone and started using the xbox
app and wanted to use the second account I but I forgot the password and because I used that email and didn't remember my answers to the security questions I couldn't reset the password so I fixed my original account and started using it again. When I wanted
to start finding my friends through Facebook I tried connecting my Facebook but it's already linked to my other account. Now I have an Xbox one and use my Facebook account for a lot of things and don't want to bother my friends to friend another account. I
don't even want my old xbox account I just want it unlinked. I tried unlinking my Xbox account through Facebook but on Facebook the account doesn't show up in the accounts or appsomething listing and when I try connecting the Facebook to my original account
it says It's should already connected to an Xbox live account, my second one that I no longer want.

I've tried dealing with this problem maybe 20 times over two years, I've talked to support, tried reseting the password, unlinking it through facebook, and still no luck.

Unlink how can I unlink my roblox accounts from banned accounts?? Gamertags are xHatedByYou and HatedByYoux thanks please unlink them

 

I can't enable the Fortnite Epic friends list because my age is set wrong.

I have the same question. We are running into issues with crossplay and are trying a work around... We do not want to lose the skins and other content by linking a new account. Does anyone know if content is lost once you unlink an account and add a new one?

 

in short old xbox live account lost, still want same Facebook on new account, can't access old xbox account to unlink, and Facebook doesn't show my Facebook as connected but when I try connecting Facebook to new account it says it's logged in to the old
account.

 

Try to escalate your issue to a supports and pass it to the system engineers provide they can actually do that and look to your unique issue.
