Lost access to Xbox One Preview Program

Hi!

About a week ago I heard about the backwards compatibility feature coming to Xbox One. So, I got on my One and launched the preview program only to be greeted to a message stating: "You'll get a service message on your Xbox one soon with more info." I've
also had a similar message on Xbox 360 stating: "Sorry, this program is for Xbox 360 preview members only." Please note that I have had full access to both the Xbox One and Xbox 360 preview programs prior to this past week. I spoke to a Microsoft employee
using the Chat feature on the site. I was told I would receive an e-mail, but there is no e-mail to be found. Could someone resolve this for me? I am really eager to test the backwards compatibility feature.

Unable to access Preview Program forums

My Xbox One recently was updated with the New Xbox One Experience dashboard as part of the preview and I have since lost access to the Xbox Preview Dashboard app as it says "This app is for the Xbox Preview Program members only." I am also unable to access
the preview program forums on the Xbox website as it reports back "Group not found".

To clarify, are you in the Xbox One Preview program or the Xbox 360 Preview program? To gain access to the Preview Forums for Xbox One, you'd need to be invited and accepted into that program.
