  1. Lost Access To Xbox One Digital Games

I get sent a lot of Xbox One games from developers and publishers as I am working with a pair of partnered Mixer streamers and also write reviews for a website. Just recently I have noticed that the access to several of the games I have been sent seems to
have disappeared without any reason as to why this has happened. As you can see from the below picture, I redeemed a code for Planet of the Apes: Last Frontier a few months ago and made some content for the game. I went to play this last week and I got a message
saying that in order to access the game I needed to purchase it as I didn't own it. I uninstalled it from my Xbox and it disappeared from my ready to install list. When I go to the store to find the game I only have an option to purchase. This seems to have
happened now to several other games that I was sent review/content codes for so I'm unsure why this is suddenly a thing. Most of the ones that have disappeared seem to be games that were sent as pre-order unlock keys, but I reckon I've lost 20+ games and that
is a conservative estimate! If anyone knows why this is an issue and if there is any way to fix it I would greatly appreciate some info regarding this. Thanks, below is a screenshot of the game I tried to play recently after having had access to it initially.

    :)

My main account has a permanent ban

Since the account is banned permanently you will not be able to use it for any real purpose on Xbox live. That also means that you have lost access to all digital content and subscriptions. There is no one in the forums that can do anything about the ban
as the enforcement team is the only group that has access to the information.

  3. i lost access to my digital copy of destiny

I lost access to my digital copy of destiny and was told by customer support to contact the preview team about this problem?

Is there a way to fix this or will i be forced to repurchase the game?

    Hi there,

currently there is a know issue regarding Purchasing & Content Usuage, which could be the cause of the issue you are experiencing.

Please check if the issue is still present when the Service issue has been resolved.

  5. Hi, this actually started happening a couple of weeks ago. I called Xbox support and the advice they gave me was to contact the developer and ask them why i had no access which is not a good response! They said it still showed as having the license intact
and at the time there was no service outage when I reported this issue.

Ah ok, you could try the following steps when the service issue has been resolved to see if that makes any difference

    1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
    2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

      http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console
    3. Redownload your profile

Also contacting the suppliers for those codes can be useful, since perhaps they were for a limited duration.

I personally don't know if that exists, but it is worth to check with the one from which you received the code, just to be sure.

To cover off the basics: are you using the same account on the Xbox as you used to redeem the code? I could certainly imagine a scenario where if another account redeemed the code originally, uninstalling the content would not put it back in the Ready to
Install list unless the second account had the console as its Home Xbox.

On another note: I removed the image from your post. It contained some order numbers and incomplete credit card details that shouldn't be posted on public forums. If you want to repost it to illustrate what you mean (if you feel it necessary), feel free
to do so after redacting the personal information within.

Yes it is the same account I am using that I also redeemed the code to. I've already tried removing and adding my account back to my console again and that made no difference either. I've never heard of codes being issues that are time limited and I already
got one developer response where he stated that wasn't the case with the games he was responsible for.

    Hi Jamie,

If Xbox Support claims the licenses are intact then I'm not sure why the games are no longer showing as being owned on the console or Store and the account you claim to have redeemed them on other than some obscure technical bug.

    If you go to
    https://account.xbox.com/mygames
do you see the games listed there? Is it showing that you need to purchase the games on

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/b/home
    ?

For troubleshooting purposes, I recommend trying a
    soft factory reset
, but only if you know your account information since you will need to re-download accounts back onto the Xbox during the reset.
